Market Trends has released their latest report on Birmingham real estate for the month of April 2012.
Total sales improved 20% versus April of last year, which is quite significant. Unit sales (the number of houses sold) was up 15%.
Used homes have about a 10 month supply, which is better than 14 months supply during April of last year.
The days on market (days it takes to sell) for used home decreased to 136 days.
Well priced houses are selling in less than 6 months. So if your house is not selling, reduce the price!
