Home sales in June increased 13% versus June of 2011. The total amount of houses available for sale was 21% lower than last year. The combination of these two factors could be good news if you are a seller.
The average days it takes to sell for used houses in June was at 136 days (about 4.5 months). This figure indicates that if your house is priced right, it will sell in less than 6 months. As always, reduce your price if the house is not selling.
